Sometimes I wonder where the time goes, I mean you can plan on doing something and days later you wonder why you haven't gotten it done. Sometimes it's because you change your mind or plan, but more often than not it's just because you just got busy or lazy and didn't do what you wanted to do.

For any one that read my last post you know that I my battery's died in my camera and I wasn't able to get any photos of the SISAW meting but that next 2 photos are what I spun at the meting. And a more open photo of the one yarn Now these are projects I have made for the Southern Indiana FiberArts Festival. More info here, a little anyway.
Whew what a day, today I headed up to Metropolis, IL to meet up with the SISAW the Southern Illinois spinners and weavers group. They meet on the first Saturday of the month. I found out about them a few moths ago when they had their spring festival (small but fun), but I haven't had a chance to go there since then. I had a blast, talking and spinning and talking. I think that it is the only guild like meeting I have ever managed to go to. There is nothing like having a group of people that get together to talk and spin or knit or weave. (or for that matter any thing that they all have in common ) I had planed to take a few photos, but wouldn't you know it that my camera battery's died when I got there. So alas I don't have any photos.
Blogging, ugh I hate the blank page syndrome, but I must say it happens to me a great deal more than I'd like. So I am going to try this out and see how it works out. So on that note I'm going to try to post a photo.
